LED Dance Floor Rental Rules and Regulations Guidelines

We are dedicated to providing you and your guests with an enjoyable and safe experience while using our LED dance floor. To ensure a great time, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Footwear Policy

  • No High Heels: To maintain the integrity of the LED dance floor, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing high-heeled / stiletto shoes while on the floor. Please choose appropriate footwear to avoid accidents to ensure comfort for themselves and for all other guest.

2. Food and Beverages

  • No Food or Drink on the Dance Floor: To keep the dance floor clean and minimize hazards, please do not bring any food or drink onto the dance floor. We suggest designating a separate area for refreshments.

3. Safety Regulations

  • No Pushing or Horseplay: For the safety of all guests, pushing, shoving, or any form of horseplay is prohibited on the dance floor. We want everyone to have fun, but safety is our top priority!

4. Respect for Equipment

  • Guests must treat the LED dance floor with care. Any damages incurred due to negligence may result in additional charges.

5. Staff Assistance

  • Our staff is here to help! If you have any questions or need assistance during your event, please do not hesitate to reach out.

6. General Conduct

  • We encourage a positive and respectful atmosphere. All guests should behave in a manner that is considerate of others enjoying the dance floor.

360 Booth Rental Rules and Regulations Guidelines

  • No Food or Drinks: To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the 360 booth, food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside or near the booth area. No one is to exit the 360 booth while still in motion, Everyone must wait until complete stop before exiting.

2. Respectful Behavior

  • No Horseplay or Pushing: For the safety of all users, any form of horseplay, pushing, or rough behavior is not permitted around the booth. Please be mindful of others using the equipment.

3. Intoxication Policy

  • No Highly Intoxicated Individuals: For everyone’s safety, guests who are highly intoxicated are not allowed in or on the 360 booth. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

4. Equipment Care

  • Guests must handle the 360 booth with care. Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence may incur additional charges.

5. Staff Assistance
